Return, Cancel and Exchange Policy
We are always there to co-operate you while returning either Returning or Exchange to good purchase from us but please read our Return & Exchange Policy carefully if you are willing to return or exchange the goods.
General Conditions
- Returning / Exchange goods should be in original packaging and unused.
- Returns / Exchanges are only accepted within 7 days of receiving the product.
- Any product returned after 7 days from the received goods date will not be entertained.
- You can cancel any purchased item except product in sale or discounted within 24hrs and before dispatched of the goods. Once dispatched cancellation is not possible need to go through Return policy. To cancel a order need to email us at support@hair4unepal.com within 24 hrs or directly message us , call on viber, whatapp during office hour.
- A valid reason must be provided for the return or exchange.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your store credit. You can use the credit within 1 year from the credited date.
- If fail to use store credit within valid period, need to send us email within 30 days from the expiry date to extend time with the valid reason
Late or missing refunds
- If you haven’t received a store credit within 24hrs of refund approval email / messages then please contact us at support@hair4unepal.com or can directly call our helpline no.
Sale items
- Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items or discounted items cannot be returned, exchanged.
Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are manufacturing defect (defective or damaged). If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at {email address} and send your item to our store location
Shipping returns
- To return your product, you should mail your product to: {physical address}.
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
- If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
